  • Commas:

    • Use the oxford comma – because it is the clearest – most clarity and that is what we are – CLEAR.

  • Hyphens and Dashes:

    • Use en dashes in dates.

    • Do not use Em dashes.

  • Capitalisation:

Use capitals on Names, start of headings on the first word – if you are using an acronym capitalise it. Not too much not overly complicated.
